Created by Laura Sánchez and Christopher Burgos, Nom Nom Nights was born out of a desire to offer something different, a reimagined fine dining experience. No stiff formality, no distance between the kitchen and the table. Just food, flavor, and feeling in their most genuine form.
Each menu is thoughtfully crafted to highlight flavors and inspirations from Asia, Colombia, and Puerto Rico, blending traditions into something new and exciting. It’s a culinary journey where every course feels like a conversation between cultures, ingredients, and stories.
